After delivering 50+ talks to employers and associations across Canada, Tara knows how to get audiences thinking differently about the humans already sitting around their tables.

Her message is simple: when we #NormalizeMindsOfAllKinds, we stop expecting everyone to think, communicate and work the same way — and start creating the conditions for people to do their best work.

Tara brings together 15+ years of HR and talent experience, real workplace stories and practical strategies to explore neurodiversity, human capability and what humans bring to an AI-powered future of work.
