About the Founder
With a background in Human Resources and a recent ADHD diagnosis, Tara has
established herself as a key voice in advancing normalizing neurodiversity in workplaces on LinkedIn as well as a keynote speaker. With several presentations including taking the stage at DisruptHR she is proudly inviting a call to action for workplaces to embrace neurodiversity and mental health.
Taking the lead on advancing neurodiversity in industry, she has recently partnered with Athabasca University to develop a getting started continuing education program: Neurodiversity in the Workplace training program for leaders, HR professionals, and teams.
Tara's approach is centered on offering a universal human centric approach to the human experience. She is authentic and real and has fun with her audiences along the way.
